1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website baiafood.ge and the purchase of products offered by LLC "Baia Food".

By registering on the website and placing an order, the user confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions as well as the Privacy Policy.

If a user does not agree with these Terms and Conditions, they should not use the website.

2. Registration

Purchases on the website are available only to registered users.

To create an account, users must provide:

Full name;
Mobile phone number;
Email address;
Delivery address;
Personal Identification Number;
Password.

Users are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.

3. Orders and Payment

After placing an order, the user will be redirected to a secure payment gateway to complete the payment process.

Online payments are processed through the secure payment system of Bank of Georgia.

LLC "Baia Food" does not have access to customers' payment card details.

An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment authorization.

4. Delivery Policy

Delivery Fees

Tbilisi and surrounding areas – GEL 7;
Rustavi, Upper and Lower Ponichala – GEL 8;
Tskhinvali, Lisi Village, Nafetvrebi, Shindisi, Tabakhmela – GEL 10;
Tsinubani, Tskhneti, Kojori, Nasaguri – GEL 12;
Regions (major cities) – GEL 8;
Regions (towns and surrounding areas) – GEL 10;
High-mountain villages – GEL 12.

Free Delivery

Delivery is free within Tbilisi and Rustavi for orders of GEL 50 or more.
Delivery is free to other regions of Georgia for orders of GEL 80 or more.

For orders below these thresholds, the applicable delivery fee will be added to the order total according to the delivery location.

Delivery Timeframes

Orders placed for Tbilisi and Rustavi are delivered by the end of the following day.
Regional shipments are dispatched on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.
Delivery to regions is completed within a maximum of three business days from dispatch.
Deliveries are not made on Sundays.

5. Returns and Exchanges

Products may be returned or exchanged only in the following cases:

Manufacturing defects are identified;
The delivered product does not match the product ordered by the customer.

LLC "Baia Food" undertakes to provide a full refund if:

The product remains in its original commercial condition;
The product is returned with all accompanying components, packaging, and materials received at the time of purchase.

Due to the nature of food products, opened, used, or customer-damaged products cannot be returned or exchanged unless otherwise required by applicable law.

In all other cases, returns and exchanges are not accepted.

6. User Obligations

Users agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information;
Refrain from using another person's identity or personal information;
Not interfere with the operation or security of the website;
Use the website only for lawful purposes;
Respect intellectual property rights.

7. Intellectual Property

All content available on the website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, designs, and trademarks, is the property of LLC "Baia Food" and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

LLC "Baia Food" shall not be liable for:

Delays or failures caused by incorrect information provided by the customer;

Interruptions caused by internet providers, payment processors, courier services, or other external service providers;
Events beyond the Company's reasonable control, including force majeure events.

The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the website.

9. Marketing Communications

By registering on the website, users may consent to receive:

Information about discounts, new products, and special campaigns.

Users may withdraw their consent and unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

Continued use of the website following the publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
